3 Days at the Trop.
Played three days at the Trop. last week and left up about about $600. The first session was about 4hrs. long. I sat at a 1/2nl table and was very patient. I tried to stay away from big hands with quality players and just focused on the weaker players. I was able to leave up about $300. I proceeded to give all back the next day having pocket kings cracked with J3os and AA cracked to a set. Lucky for me my wife made some of it back for me. After sulking I sat for about 4hrs on day three and proceeded to make it all back plus $600 in three hands with the same fish. When he finally left the table he was stuck about $2000 and there were three stacks of more than a grand at the table. We all hated to see him go. He was acalling station and was easy to trap with monsters. I'm still learning the game but I get a little more comfortable every time. The Trop. can get a bad rep. but I like the play and staff there. The dealers are very friendly with the exception of "Bob". He is a grumpy, unfriendly ASS! Over all a good trip.

If you are a patient player you will win some money you always have some fish a table. The Tropicana is not that bad.

The trop use to be the best card room in AC. Unfortunately that is no longer the case and I stopped going there years ago. The casino was/is in a bankrupt status and last time I heard it is being manged by the AC commission? Glad you won there, I use to do pretty good there myself, but again that was when it was a good place to go.
