CONGRATS to my close poker pal chunky for winning his 10,500.00 seat tonight. (May 11, 2009) He locked it up with points TONIGHT, two weeks shy of the 40 week deal.

He played 10 guys in a HOMETOWN league game for 40 weeks @ $60 a week - and took down the prize.

$35 went to till every week.
$25 for 1st and 2nd.

M-F it's 53+12 you receive 10,000 in chips, blinds start at 50/100, they go up every 20 min and there are NEVER any ante's. We normally get between 50 and 70 people and is held at 11am, 2pm and 7pm daily.

Here's the short version of how I ended up in AC. Tweeter (the company I worked for in Chicago) let go their middle management (that was me) and I moved back to York, Pa. Every weekend I was driving to AC and playing 1/2 and 2/5nl making money. So after about 5 months of doing that, I decided to get a roommate, move to AC and play for a living. That lasted about a year till I got sick of my roommate and got burned out with poker. So I moved out on my own (Mays Landing) and decided to get a dealing job so I wouldn't get burned out so fast. I've been dealing for about 7 months and love it.

Anything else new with you? Give it some time, your local casino's will get table games eventually.
